Your own view of the work
Hakagile is your daily tool to collect and organise your notes, define the priorities and target the impediments to be tracked. Hakagile helps you to remain efficient.
Standups that leave a trace
Run the daily from a roster and capture each person’s notes. Create an impediment directly from the standup as a board work item, assign it and track its progress through the workflow.
Evidence from actual work
Cycle time, lead time, bounce-backs and blockage causes are measured from your own board history. Bring concrete signals to a retrospective instead of relying on impressions alone.

A board that preserves flow
Define your columns, move cards with drag-and-drop, and set WIP limits. A fixed intake column on the left and a single Done column on the right keep the workflow clear and coherent.
Work items with real substance
Keys, types, criticality, estimates in points or T-shirt sizes, dates, sprints and labels. Add Markdown descriptions, attachments, comments, decisions and linked work items.
Subtasks that reflect real progress
Subtasks are full cards shown in a swimlane beneath their parent. The parent’s column is derived from its children, so a story cannot appear further along than the work it contains.
The same search criteria everywhere
Hakagile provides search criteria to filter a board (type = bug, criticality = high, assignee = me) and the project list (customer = acme, member = me). The same syntax works in both, and plain words work too.
Standups and ceremonies together
A monthly calendar brings both together. Keep per-person notes, create impediments as work items on the board, and compare a session with the previous one. Changes are saved automatically.
A dashboard built from history
Review cycle time, lead time, blocked time, bounce-backs, blockage causes, workload per member, and overdue or in-progress counts, all calculated from board history rather than entered manually.
